How to return an item

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, this 14-day right of withdrawal applies with no penalty and no reason required.

Christmas gifts: for orders delivered between 1 and 24 December, we accept returns until 10 January — time to unwrap at your own pace.

• 1. Let us know within 14 days of receipt: from “My orders” or by email at contact@magie-noel.fr.
• 2. Put the unused item back in its original packaging (tags included).
• 3. Ship the parcel to the address provided by our team — keep your proof of postage.

Refund

The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the return (or proof of shipment), to the payment method used for the order. You receive a confirmation email at each step.

Defective items or order errors

Damaged or defective item, or a mistake on our side? Return costs are fully covered and we reship (or refund) as a priority. Contact us with a photo: most cases are resolved within 48h.

Your purchases also benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects.

Exceptions

• Personalised items (engraved baubles, embroidered stockings…) — unless defective
• Opened advent calendars and unsealed food products
• Gift cards
